Cancellation Policy

At Ignite Digital Marketing, we believe in transparency, professionalism, and mutual respect. Our cancellation policy ensures fairness for both our clients and our team while maintaining the quality and continuity of our services.

Contract Cancellations

All service agreements require a minimum two (2) months’ written notice for cancellation. This notice period allows our team to wrap up campaigns, finalize deliverables, and allocate resources effectively.

Deposits and Payments

Deposits and retainers are non-refundable. Any services rendered or work in progress at the time of cancellation will be billed accordingly.

Early Termination

If a client chooses to terminate a contract before the two-month notice period concludes, the client is responsible for payment of services for the full notice period.

Refunds

Due to the customized and strategic nature of our marketing services, refunds are not provided once work has commenced or assets have been delivered.
