Simpli.fi Facebook Page Access

To launch and manage your campaigns effectively, Simpli.fi will need access to your social media accounts. This allows them to connect your ads, track performance, and ensure everything runs smoothly. Below are the step-by-step instructions for granting the necessary permissions.

How can I grant Simpli.fi access to my Facebook Page?

There are a couple of different ways you can grant Simpli.fi page access. It’s important to note that an admin of the Business Manager will need to complete the request to Simpli.fi.

  • Simpli.fi can request page access. The request will go to the Business Manager that owns that page.
  • You can share access to Simpli.fi

Simpli.fi Can Request Page Access through the Business Suite:

  1. In order to use this method, you must know your Business ID for Simpli.fi to send the request and an admin must have access to the business manager that owns the Facebook page.
  2. Please provide Simpli.fi with the Business ID, a URL to the Facebook page, the first and last name of an admin, and that admin’s email address. Once provided, an email will be sent to that admin to accept the request.
  3. The request will be sent to the admin’s email address that is registered with Facebook.
    • It will direct them to their Business Manager, where they’ll click “Respond to Request” and click “Next”.
    • They will then be asked to share the page requested, along with the type of access. Simpli.fi will need the ‘Advertising Access’ option.
    • Click “Confirm and Review” once you have selected the necessary information, and send the approval by clicking “Approve Request”.

There are two options to share Page Access with Simpli.fi via a Partner

Option 1: Share Page Access with a Partner

  1. Log into the Business Manager that owns the page (please note the user must be an admin of the business manager).
  2. Under Accounts, click “Pages”. Click on the page you are wanting to share access to.
  3. Click on “Assign Partners” and then on “Get link to Share”.
  4. Determine the access of the Page you would like to share. You will need to share the “Create Ads” access option at a minimum.
  5. At the bottom of the pop-up, click on the link to share and copy it. Then click “Close”.
  6. Now you will email that link to the Simpli.fi team. From there, Simpli.fi will be able to add the page to their business assets.

Option 2: Share Assets with a Partner

  1. Access your Meta Business Manager
  2. Under Users, click “Partners”.
  3. Click on “Add” and then on “Give a Partner Access to Your Assets”.
  4. Enter Simpli.fi’s business ID: 10151450918026406. Click “Next”.
  5. Select the “Pages” button, and then “New Pages Experience” and choose the page you would like to give Simpli.fi access to. You will also select the permissions of which you are sharing assets. Simpli.fi will need the “Ads” permissions.
  6. Click “Save changes”.
  7. You will get a success pop-up, and then click “Done”. Simpli.fi now has access to your Business Page.
